About Our Products

Each OG Studio piece is handcrafted using ceramic and mixed-metal processes and may be one-of-a-kind. As a result, slight variations in shape, glaze, texture, color, and finish are natural characteristics of the making process rather than defects. Product photography is taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but minor differences between images and the item received should be expected.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped, and is handled securely through our third-party payment providers.

Orders & Availability

Because many of our pieces are unique or produced in limited quantities, availability is not guaranteed and orders are accepted subject to stock. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Exchanges

Given the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we encourage you to review each product description carefully before purchasing. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within a reasonable period after delivery and in accordance with any specific return instructions provided at the time of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless otherwise stated.
